Background

Sam has more than 12 years of experience in Investment Management , Banking and Capital Market working for the top investment firms in the U.S. He has advised prominent Silicon Valley executives and entrepreneurs through Pre & Post IPOs along with M&As. Sam held the title of Vice President Financial Advisor at Wells Fargo , one of the largest brokerage firm in the U.S. with $1.97 trillion under management. In 2013, as a VP Financial Advisor at J.P Morgan Securities($3.2 trillion), he directly managed assets over $75 million. Prior to that he was AVP Financial Advisor for Merrill Lynch’s Wealth Management.

Sam holds MBA from University Of Southern California in Los Angeles. He completed his Bachelors of Science in Finance from San Jose State University . Sam has completed Options and Trading Strategy Education from of University California Berkeley. He is registered with State of California and has held Series 7, 66 and holds Life and Health Insurance Licenses.

Hobby

Sam was born in the foothills of the Himalayas in Nepal and now lives in Marin County with his wife and son . He enjoys outdoors and will find him hiking, traveling , trying new restaurants and making trips to Napa & Sonoma Wine Country with his family and friends.

She worked for SNC-Lavalin, one the largest Engineering and Construction group in the world to provide business consulting services to some of the largest mining, energy and oil & gas companies. Rosalie also earned robust experience with governmental organizations while providing marketing services for the Canadian embassy in Argentina.

She earned her Bachelors degree in International Business from University of Quebec in Montreal.
